Executed via an all-cash Business Transfer Agreement with Kindorama Healthcare, the transaction brings the 100-bed, commissioned hospital into the Manipal network without a share purchase. This strategic addition reinforces Manipal’s clinical capabilities and consolidates its established healthcare ecosystem within the fast-developing Whitefield micro-market.
